Do we need to sign a year-long contract?
We do ask you to sign a contract with us, however should you wish to cancel you only need give us one month's notice of termination. 

My hotel closes for low season/off peak. What happens in this situation?
We can offer a seasonal contract, you will only be billed for the months your hotel is open and the service will be suspended when you are closed.

Can we brand the news with our own hotel logo and title?
Yes, most of our clients customise their papers using our special, free-of-charge software.

Can we add our own hotel news, including special promotions and events?   
Yes, we can customise the news for your hotel for a small additional charge and even insert images.

How many papers can I subscribe to, is there a maximum? 
You can choose as many or as few papers as you require from our portfolio of over 50 titles all of them if you wish. Most of our customers pick between 5 and 15 papers, most relevant to their guests' nationalities. 

How do I change my choice of papers once I've subscribed? Say we receive a booking from important German guests...?
Simply e-mail us with a request and we will immediately add or change papers. We can even schedule the German News for the dates required.

Where can I distribute the papers?
Feel free to distribute them as you please, throughout your hotel or business premises.

Is the service complicated?
No! We pride ourselves on the simplicity of this service and its ability to fit in seamlessly with your hotel routine

Are the newspapers in colour or black and white?
We produce the papers in colour, so it is up to you if you decide to print them out on a colour or a black and white printer.

Will I need a new pc/printer/software?
No, the papers are standard A4 size and providing you have email access and a standard printer you can receive the papers.

Do I have to employ someone to spend time printing?
We have many large hotels as existing clients and they have never had to employ additional staff. The papers are simple to print and you only need print as many as you need, saving time and paper.

How big are the file sizes.  I have limited space? 
The standard papers are approximately 70 kb in PDF format, However, if necessary we can zip the files, at no charge to you, making them approximately 15 kb - not much larger than a standard email.

How will my account be managed?
On subscription you will be contacted by an Account Manager who will manage your account from that point.

Do you provide technical support? 
Yes. We will give you a 24 hour telephone number you can contact and also a dedicated account manager who can help you with any queries. 

Where are the papers produced?
The papers are produced in our busy newsroom in the UK . The news is compiled from the world's leading press agencies, such as Associated Press, Agence France Presse and Press Association.

What is the present circulation?
Our newspapers are read by over 250,000 worldwide every day!

Will major sporting or world events receive extra coverage? 
Every year we provide 'specials' to cover major sporting events, some carry a small additional cost. We cover events such as the Olympics, the World Cup, the NBA Play-offs, the Ashes and many more.

When a major world event happens, we feel, as a provider of news to people away from home, that it is our duty to keep them informed as events unfold, for example when the tragic events of September 11th occurred, we produced several additional papers during the day, solely covering the disaster. There are, of course, no supplementary charges for any of these additional papers we decide to send out.
